HR Consulting
Who is it for?
Anyone who has questions, needs documents/templates/policies, or simply wants clarity.
How do we work?
We receive inquiries via email, phone, or online meeting. An initial consultation to understand the task is free of charge. Based on this, we provide a quote, and once accepted, we complete the work by an agreed deadline.
What topics can we assist with?
Any employment-related labor, tax, or legal matters, whether it's a one-time issue or a long-term collaboration. We prepare company-specific policies (cafeteria, business travel, home office, remote work, eyewear, inventory, etc.), document templates (employment contracts, terminations, declarations, reimbursements, onboarding, offboarding, etc.), or documents related to specific cases (warnings, notifications, information letters, etc.).
In what language can communication be held?
All documents, policies, and communication can be in English as well as Hungarian.
HR Audit
Who is it for?
Those who want to understand whether their current HR processes involve any labor, tax, or legal risks, or if there are untapped opportunities.
How do we work?
Our experienced HR consultant, together with a tax advisor and a lawyer, reviews your existing processes. The audit starts with a 1-day on-site (or online) review, including interviews to map out the processes. We then analyze documents (contracts, templates, policies, etc.) in our office and prepare our evaluation.
What format is the evaluation in?
We provide a written report summarizing our findings, observations, recommendations, and potential development areas in a red-flag report.
Can I request the report in English?
Yes, upon request, the audit report and the entire communication can be provided in English.
HR Administration (HR Compliance)
Who is it for?
Companies that don’t yet require a full-time HR employee, or prefer to entrust HR processes to an external provider due to the risks involved in employment.
HR tasks require not only HR specialists but also tax advisors and lawyers. Since one person cannot possess all these competencies, it's advisable to entrust these tasks to an external consulting team, regardless of company size.
How do we work?
This is a monthly service provided to our Clients. We handle all HR-related tasks affecting employees (onboarding, offboarding, declarations, contract preparation, monthly data collection, coordination with payroll providers, etc.). We maintain direct contact with employees and payroll providers, coordinate with managers, consult with tax advisors and lawyers when necessary, collect original documents at scheduled times, and provide on-site presence periodically if needed. We are also available for other tasks like event coordination, organizational development, team building, annual evaluation, and recruitment.
What does the Client need to do?
At the beginning of the collaboration, we ask you to introduce us to your employees. From then on, we take over all routine monthly tasks. For occasional events (e.g. new hires, terminations, warnings, etc.), we only ask for a heads-up at an agreed time, and we handle all further steps.
How is the service billed?
HR compliance services are billed on a tiered, fixed-fee basis depending on the complexity of the tasks and staff size. There are no hidden costs, fluctuating monthly fees, or unexpected charges. The agreed fixed fee covers all monthly tasks and activities related to the employee base.
Is it a problem if I have foreign employees?
No. Both written and verbal communication, as well as documentation, can be in English or bilingual (Hungarian-English).

The above quote is especially true in matters related to taxation. The first step in tax optimization is to determine the correct tax treatment of the existing structure. If the risk of penalties has been minimized in this way, we have already gone a long way towards an optimal tax burden.
Following the changes in the world, legislation is not moving towards simplicity either. Tax laws provide clear answers to most of the cases that arise in the case of businesses and individuals, but finding them in the complex system of rules is not an easy task. Even in the smallest issue, it is worth thinking through the tax consequences in advance and examining whether it meets the original goals and represents an acceptable burden. A small inaccuracy in the wording of the contract can easily change the place of performance in VAT, double the cost of our business promotion or turn our subcontractor into a fictious employment relationship.
In order to ensure correct "tax management", we help you with our services in the following areas:
